There is only 1 star because zero stars is not an option! Your business lacks the customer service necessary to keep your clients. Dial in, Ann- your daughter might be running your salon into the ground!! As for me- I prefer to spend my hard earned money where it’s appreciated, where the staff are adequately trained, instead of being trained on the job with the consumer being the unknown “volunteer.” I prefer to spend my money at a proprietor that promotes the products sold and also stands behind them when the customer isn’t satisfied. I’ll choose to spend my money where communication is at the forefront, and where short staffing doesn’t prohibit a supervisor from always being present, even if just by phone. I will not choose your salon, because in all these key areas that a customer considers when deciding where to spend their money- your salon has failed. Don’t forget the saying, “Your reputation precedes you.”

Cody did an amazing job for me today. I wanted to get out of the heavy warm tone blonde highlights I’ve been in for a year and return to my natural color which includes heavy cool tone silver or platinum highlights, and stop having to do this every 8 weeks due to bright silver new growth. He is a wizard with the round brush and blow drier too. I feel like a million bucks today. I will go back in 10 weeks to freshen up and add additional platinum highlights and blend the new growth area more. First of all I haven’t been there in years….looks amazing!! I had Jill for a mani/pedi and she was wonderful, not only did she do a great job, she really offered, took the time to help me pick out polish’s that would match my dress. Definitely will be back with Jill she was so delightful to talk to!!!

After a disappointing first visit to your salon, I was a little hesitant to try again. I was sent a gift card and had my appointment today. I was beyond pleased with Matthew. He was professional, talented, and made me feel like I belonged. I love my hair and I had a wonderful experience. He definitely changed my mind and I will be back to have Matthew take care of my hair again.

Emily was lovely and gave me a very good pedicure. The salon is beautiful also. I don’t think I made a spa appointment or was even asked what type of pedicure I wanted when I made the appointment. I continued with the spa appointment since I had been booked for an hour and I did not want to screw up Emily’s schedule. Since the pedicure is so expensive I probably won’t be back this summer. I have gotten pedicures here for many years now.

My mom, sister and I were intown for my brothers wedding and had Chez Ann do our hair and makeup! The ladies all did a wonderful job, very patient with all of us and our specific requests. The salon is also really spacious and we definitely didn’t feel like we were “on top of each other” as some salons feel with groups and different areas for hair/makeup/nails. Definitely would recommend!

Again, haircut and stylist is great! Salon is great! The front desk young woman, the same as last time I was in, she’s just NOT friendly. It’s awkward and weird. Just like the last couple of times I was in, upon entering and leaving, I feel like I’m an annoyance and inconvenience to her. Tonight the young woman with dark hair was friendly and helped lesson the blow, I think she saw the weirdness. It’s just an odd ola stent as the first and last impression. It takes away from the whole experience.

On the wedding appointment day - she worked her magic and my hair looked just like the original photo & she then put the barrette with fresh flowers securely in place. She slightly over-quoted me on prices because I mentioned I was nervous about cost, and then it worked out so we didn’t need as much product. She really took the time to make my hair beautiful and I really appreciate it, and you can tell she really takes pride in what she does too. I will definitely be returning to see her again
