This appointment, I also love that I got to meet the owner who was very sweet & so easy to talk with. I had some questions about a very small area (where my hair may need extensions until my natural hair grows back in). They both answered my questions and recommended a specific stylist to see for a consult for extensions. My son turns 16 this week & has been going here for almost a year now - he won’t even think twice about going there!!!!

There is only 1 star because zero stars is not an option! Your business lacks the customer service necessary to keep your clients. Dial in, Ann- your daughter might be running your salon into the ground!! As for me- I prefer to spend my hard earned money where it’s appreciated, where the staff are adequately trained, instead of being trained on the job with the consumer being the unknown “volunteer.” I prefer to spend my money at a proprietor that promotes the products sold and also stands behind them when the customer isn’t satisfied. I’ll choose to spend my money where communication is at the forefront, and where short staffing doesn’t prohibit a supervisor from always being present, even if just by phone. I will not choose your salon, because in all these key areas that a customer considers when deciding where to spend their money- your salon has failed. Don’t forget the saying, “Your reputation precedes you.”
